1. Vehicle Breakdown & Service Continuity
In the event that the safari vehicle breaks down, the company will provide a rescue vehicle or an alternative vehicle of similar standard to ensure the continuation of the safari.
2. Compensation for Lost Time
If a breakdown or operational issue results in loss of safari hours, the client will be refunded for the lost hours or will be offered alternative services of comparable value.
3. Client-Initiated Early Termination
If the client chooses to shorten the safari for personal reasons, no automatic refund will be issued.
However, the company will review the circumstances and may consider a partial refund through mutual negotiation.
4. Booking Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the safari after booking:

A refund of the initial payment may be granted minus preparation costs, typically between 50%–75%, depending on:

The reason for cancellation

The number of safari days booked

The services already arranged or prepaid by the company

5. Subcontracting Rights
The company reserves the right to subcontract part or all of the safari services if necessary, provided that the service standards remain equal to what was originally agreed with the client.
REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after receiving written notice of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money).

Transaction fees, bank charges, or currency exchange losses are the responsibility of the client.
FORCE MAJEURE (Events Beyond Company Control)
The company shall not be held liable for loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)

War, civil unrest, or terrorism

Government restrictions or travel bans

Strikes or labor disputes

Severe weather conditions or road closures
In such events, the company will assist clients in rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary where possible, but refunds may be limited due to non-refundable third-party commitments.
